Potting Team Member-General Labor – NIGHT SHIFT
Job description:
• Enthusiastic member of the night shift potting crew
• You will be an essential member in a production line placing plants, setting
pots, removing pots from conveyor belt, driving tractor
Key Characteristics/Skills:
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. multiple times per day
• Ability to withstand extreme weather conditions that include heat, rain and
cold
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to multi-task and take direction
• Ability to work well with team
• Ability to drive or learn to drive tractor
Job Requirement:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and write
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required
